We spent the holiday weekend visiting my brother, sister-in-law, and new-addition Julia in Kansas City.
Our camera had a fantastic time with the many faces of the world’s cutest niece.

Julia received her first lesson on the subtle difference between jacks and bowers.

And the dogs enjoyed watching the 500 with Grandpa Joe.

Many thanks to the hosts!

I am Allison's mother's friend in IN-thanks for the pics of Julia and the FOOD-it's beautiful & so healthy. Love it! I will try the granola recipe. I'm always looking for new ideas as I try to eat food 'as grown' & very few animal products.(nothing with a face or a Mother !)I've tried to follow the CHIP (coronary health improvement project)plan the past 5 years.
Thanks-susan long

Thanks, Susan! I'm so glad you enjoy the blog and eating food "as grown" (I love that term!). Thanks for reading!
